Though I received a BS in Music Education from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, my path in life lead me to New York City where I eventually gravitated to working with film and video.

Since this journey began, I've been invited to film projects ranging from experimental to short film documentaries, music videos, live performances and promotional films for small businesses. Each project has been inspiring; each has expanded my knowledge; each has opened my eyes to new concepts and has taught me how to quickly assess and resolve situations presented. 

 

I've worked pulling from a toolbox of media  -- DSLR cameras, Super 8 or 35mm, Go-Pro and even the Iphone.  I've also worn many hats such as director of photography, cinematographer, director, editor, and producer.

Engaging with other creative people to realize an impactful piece of work has always interested me and why I love what I do.

When I'm not creating or shooting films, you can find me working on a piece of dead land that I, along with a group of friends, turned into a living sustainable garden. Birds, bees and other insects are always invited guests.
